“No, no. It´s etooohte.” No, it`s Tervetuloa. Welcome in Finnish is Terrrrrvetuuloaaaa. “No, no. In Nili they say etoooooohta!” What? It took me a moment to understand what Anthony tried to say. Young man has been two days in Finland and already he is teaching me to speak Finnish 😉 Then I got it. He said “Ehtoota” and he was right because ehtoota means “Good evening”, so it`s also welcome. “Ehtoota Mösjöö, come in please.”

Evans with new ingredients – Sautéed reindeer with mashed potatoes, lingonberry and gherkin (pickles) à la Nili

Antti, Evans and Dolph – it`s 0-4 😉

Craftsmanship with smile – common language, at least it should be

Hotel Santa Claus and Nino – same language than in Nili. Great!

Mösjöö Clément

So far

Two days gone and it`s looking good. The feedback from the companies has been brilliant. “These guys from France have a good attitude. They are here to work and learn from the first minute. And they are speedy with quality outcome. When they are ready, they want more to do. What a great attitude. And they smile a lot.” I think those last comments tell it all. When you`re a Pro, you`re a Pro. It`s early days, but why should it change? The famous first impression has been great so let`s stick to it and continue the way we have started. More reports with pics and deeper thoughts soon. Vendée – Rovaniemi out for a weekend.

Allez Allez Alleeeeeeez 😉

Santa is there – like always – but where is snow?
